Man Pleads Guilty to Sending Inappropriate Snapchats to Minors

A Grand Forks man is pleading guilty to sending pictures of his private parts to minors.

A Grand Forks man has changed his plea to guilty in Cass County District Court for promoting obscenity to minors.

Nine other charges against James Burden were dropped as part of a plea deal.

He will be sentenced after a presentence investigation is finished.

Burden was accused of sending pictures of his private parts to a number of minors on Snapchat.
