Vector Control Spraying for Mosquitoes in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead
Vector Control will be spraying areas in the metro to get rid of mosquitoes
WEST FARGO, ND — You might have noticed more pesky mosquitoes in your backyard.
That’s why spraying is planned for tonight in the metro.
According to Cass County Vector Control, there’s been an increase in nuisance mosquitoes over the last 48 hours.
Starting at 8 p.m., there will be at least 27 pickups riding through Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead and subdivisions doing ground spraying.
It is weather permitting.
“Tonight’s application is going to be more squarely targeted to returning to more comfortable outdoor activity,” said Vector Control Director, Ben Prather. “Outdoor recreating kinds of things and bringing us back to a more tolerable level of biting pressure from mosquitoes.”
Cass County Vector Control will be out in the streets until about midnight.
