Police Identify Body Found Near Streeter

A dive team searched the water and found the vehicle submerged at around 2:00pm before finding Bonent's body later that night

 

STREETER, ND — Police have identified the body of a man who drowned near Streeter, North Dakota earlier this week.

Officials said 25-year-old Garrick Bonnet was found dead at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Earlier that morning, officers found suspicious tire tracks near a body of water.

Shortly after, they got a report of a missing person in the same area.

A dive team searched the water and found the vehicle submerged at around 2:00 p.m. before finding Bonent’s body later that night.
