The NDSU Bookstore Hosts A Book Signing For "North Dakota Beer: A Heady History"

FARGO, ND — The NDSU Bookstore hosted a book signing for a book devoted to beer.

The book is called “North Dakota Beer: A Heady History”.

It talks about the breweries in the state that have come and gone, how beer tasting has changed, and the malting barley that’s been grown in the state for generations.

The author says that beer is something that everyone can talk about.

“Even if you don’t drink beer, everybody has a story about a city that is featured in this book and a lot of people have found that they actually know people that are featured in the book,” said author, Alicia Underlee Nelson.

Nelson lives in West Fargo and says she has seen how the brewing company in our area has grown over the years.
