Teddy Bear Posse Hopes to Raise 4,000 Teddy Bears This Spring
Midwest Radio Fargo-Moorhead, Gate City Bank Team Up for Second Straight Year
FARGO, N.D. — The Teddy Bear Posse is at it again but this time they have a new goal in their sights.
Midwest Radio Fargo–Moorhead and Gate City Bank announced that they plan to collect four thousand teddy bears and stuffed animals to donate to law enforcement agencies across the valley.
Some of the bears will also be donated to firefighters and Sanford Children’s Hospital.
The teddy bears will help children in tough situations.
“You have a circumstance where a child is involved in a crash, some type of domestic issue, whatever it ends up being, simply being able to provide a new teddy bear to them, that can calm them so much, and it really helps the police to make sure they always have an additional one for them,” said Dan Cash, the Market Manager for Midwest Radio Fargo-Moorhead.
Donations will be accepted at all Gate City Bank locations as well as other locations spread across Fargo and Moorhead.
