Moorhead Baseball Wins Home Opener
Spuds defeat Sauk Rapids 11-4
MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Moorhead Spuds won their home opener on Saturday over Sauk Rapids 11-4 at Matson Field.
The Spuds improve to 1-0 on the season. Braeton Wixo picked up the win with five innings pitched and seven strikeouts. Tommy Horan was 3-3 with three RBI’s.
