Business Professionals Learn How Arts Impact Many Areas

FARGO, N.D. – Business professionals in the F-M area are learning about the impacts of arts on economic development.

Event attendees listened to ways the arts impact different areas of the business world.

This was the second event of a three-part business series.

Dayna Del Val, the CEO and president of The Arts Partnership, says she hopes this event inspires the community to better invest in the arts.

“What people want in their lives is culture,” Del Val said. “You can live and be an engineer anywhere so how are you picking your community? You’re picking it by are there things to do, are there ways to engage millennials and young people and families and retirees.”

The next event is on May 21st with a focus on the restoration of different properties.
