Truck Hits Power Poles Causing West Fargo Power Outage

WEST FARGO, N.D. – An Xcel Energy official says a City of West Fargo truck snagged a power wire bringing down multiple poles in West Fargo.

The outage was reported in the area of 2nd Street East & 4th Avenue around 1:50 PM Tuesday.

Xcel’s website says 56 customers have been affected and the company hopes to have the outage resolved by 10:00 PM. Crews are on scene trying to restore power.
