No Charges Filed Following Domestic Incident in South Fargo

FARGO, N.D.–No charges have been filed following a domestic incident that occurred shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday night.

The Fargo Police Department responded to the 2800 block of Dakota Park Circle near Essentia Hospital to perform a welfare check on a man.

When officers arrived they heard what sounded like gunshots. The officers retreated and attempted to contact the man inside who refused to talk with police.

Police say the woman who requested the welfare check was able to get in contact with the man.

Police determined the man was no threat to himself or others and left the scene at approximately 11:30 p.m.
