North Dakota Residents to Receive Applications for Absentee Ballots

Anyone who applies for an absentee ballot will receive one in early May.

CASS COUNTY, N.D.–North Dakota residents should be on the lookout for applications for absentee ballots arriving in the mail the week of April 20.

The ballot applications will be addressed to each resident with their address prefilled. In addition to the applications, residents will receive a letter from North Dakota Secretary of State Al Jaeger.

With voting locations being closed, the absentee ballots will allow residents to cast their vote for the June 9 Election while practicing social distancing.

Residents are encouraged to complete the application, sign it and mail in the envelope provided. The envelopes will be addressed to the county auditor.
