Armstrong wins second term in U.S. House

FARGO (KVRR) – North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong will serve another term.

Armstrong, a Republican, easily defeated Democrat Zach Racknerud and Libertarian candidate Steven Peterson.

Armstrong has served in the House since 2019.
