MSUM Men’s Basketball Wins First NSIC Title

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The fifth time was a charm for MSUM men’s basketball who wins the NSIC Championship for the first time under head coach Chad Walthall.

The Dragons beat both number one seeds, Augustana and Minnesota-Duluth, in Sioux Falls to get the automatic bid into the Division II National Tournament.

The selection show to determine the field will be revealed Sunday.
