Arrest Warrant Issued For Non-Compliant Sex Offender

Fargo Police say a 36-year-old moderate-risk sex offender has become non-compliant and his whereabouts are not known

FARGO (KFGO/KVR) – Fargo Police say a 36-year-old moderate-risk sex offender has become non-compliant and his whereabouts are not known.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Weston Calvert. Calvert was convicted in 2017 of luring a minor by computer in Ward County District Court in Minot.

Anyone with information on Calvert should not approach or attempt to apprehend him. Instead, they should call 911 and give the dispatcher as much information as possible. That could include a clothing or vehicle description or who he may be with.
