Time for spooky times, it’s Boo! at NDSU

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Boo! at NDSU returns again as spooky times are set for October 26 at Cater Hall at 1650 15th Ave. N.

The trick-or-treating event for the whole family will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
