Driver Arrested After NDHP Vehicle Sideswiped In Hit-And-Run

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Fargo Police track down a suspect who is charged with sideswiping a North Dakota Highway Patrol vehicle that was stopped near the tri-level in Fargo.

Highway Patrol says a trooper was investigating a crash around 8:00 Tuesday night. Their patrol vehicle was parked partially in the far outside lane with emergency lights on.
A car then sideswiped the patrol car and fled.
The crash damaged the push bumper on the patrol vehicle.
The trooper couldn’t follow, but got a license place number.
Fargo Police found that vehicle at a Fargo residence. They arrested 69-year-old Timothy Rosendahl for Leaving the Scene of a Crash and Driving Under the Influence.
No one was hurt in the crash.
