Carson Wentz To Sign With Los Angeles Rams
Former No. 2 Overall Pick, Wentz to Sign With Rams
North Dakota State Football legend, Carson Wentz is signing with the Los Angeles Rams. The 30-year-old quarterback from Bismarck North Dakota and former second overall pick will likely backup LA Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford who missed Sunday’s game with an injury. Wentz played in eight games for the Washington Commanders last season and completed 62.3 percent of his passes for 1,755 yards and 11 touchdowns against nine interceptions.
The Los Angeles Rams are on bye this weekend. Their next game will be Sunday November 19th at home against the Seattle Seahawks. Per reports, Rams head coach Sean McVay is optimistic that Stafford will be able to return from his thumb injury following the bye week.
