MN High School Football: Fertile-Beltrami and Barnesville Advance to MSHSL State Semifinals
THE FALCONS AND TROJANS ADVANCE IN 9-PLAYER/CLASS 2A STATE TOURNAMENTS.
MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons defeat the Goodridge/Grygla Chargers 35-6 to advance to the semifinals in Minnesota 9-player. They will take on Section 1 winner, Kingsland. Kingsland defeated Hills-Beaver Creek 26-14 Thursday. The Semifinal game will take place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Kickoff set for Thursday, 11/16/23 10:30 AM.
In class 2A, the defending state champions, Barnesville, won a thriller over Osakis, 42-36. The Trojans will now take on Section 3 winner, Jackson County Central. JCC defeated Caledonia 41-0 Thursday. The semifinal game will take place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Kickoff set for Friday, 11/17/23 9:00 AM.
