Sanford Health opens Second Veterans Club

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Sanford Health celebrates the grand opening of its latest Veterans Club.

This one is located inside Sanford Broadway Medical Center and is a special place to gather for patients who are veterans.

Staff who are veterans are also welcome at the club and could be a valuable tool for people who are grieving.

Sanford Health is always looking for new was to make experiences for vets more enjoyable.

“Executive Leadership really understands the importance of the military and how they have gone out there to defend our freedoms and our rights and it’s the right thing to do just to give back to them and really ensure they have the same or better quality care they can have anywhere else.” Says Head of Military and Veterans affairs at Sanford Captain Paul Weckman.

There is also a Veterans Club at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, which opened in 2018.
