Dispute Over Man Living in Former Cafe In Leonard, N.D. Resolved

LEONARD, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A man who has been living in a former cafe in Leonard, southwest of Fargo, will be allowed to stay, for now.

People living nearby had been asked to stay inside while the issue was being resolved with Cass County authorities.

Sheriff Jesse Jahner says they spoke with the man who asked that he be given more time before he moves out.

Jahner says the owner of the building agreed.

Kindred ambulance was on standby until the issue was resolved.
