Police pursuit leads to two arrests in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Two Fargo residents are in custody after a police pursuit early Friday in West Fargo.

The city of West Fargo says at approximately 2 a.m., police approached a suspicious vehicle in Rendezvous Park after park hours.

“Officers attempted to make a traffic stop after the suspect vehicle initially fled upon seeing law enforcement and a pursuit was initiated. The suspect vehicle continued the pursuit northbound towards 32nd Avenue W. where a PIT maneuver was successfully executed to bring the suspect vehicle to a stop in a residential neighborhood near the 2900 block of 13th Street W.”

Angeir Ajena of Fargo, was arrested for felony fleeing and felony reckless endangerment.

Ansu Komara of Fargo fled on foot and was caught a short time later. Komara was arrested for refusing to halt and an outstanding warrant.

The third passenger was released without charge.
