Two Fargo People Arrested in Clay County After Chase in Stolen Vehicle

CLAY CO., Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — Two Fargo people were taken to Clay County Jail after a high speed chase east of Moorhead last night.
Sheriff Mark Empting says 29-year-old Thomas Cross of Fargo refused to stop on Highway 10 for traffic violations.
A PIT maneuver caused him to change direction and he eventually drove off the road near Moorhead Airport where he got stuck.
Cross was arrested for fleeing, drug possession and stolen property.
He also had an outstanding warrant.
His passenger, 23-year-old Skyland Kocielko of Fargo, was arrested on a drug charge.
Empting says drugs and a fake gun were found in the vehicle which had been stolen.
