WEST FARGO, N.D. — The EDC Girls Basketball Tournament came down to a final shot. And Hanna Litzinger’s game-winner over Horace is this week’s DJ Colter High School Play of the week winner. The Roughriders had a chance to win with under ten seconds to go when Jocie Schiller passed to Hanna Litzinger with the district championship on the line. Litzinger came up big in the clutch helping the Riders to their 66-65 win over Horace.
