Fargo Man Arrested For Child Porn Had Multiple Devices And Images & Videos

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man is arrested for child porn.

27-year-old Joseph Retzlaff is charged with 8 felony counts of possession of prohibited materials.

Court documents say child porn was flagged by Google on an account linked to Retzlaff and local law enforcement was notified.

Investigators found multiple devices in his apartment with hundreds of photos and videos with children as young as 7 performing sexual acts.

Retzlaff told investigators that he’s viewed child porn for the last 10 years, and said he purchased it multiple times.

If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison.

He is scheduled to appear in court on April 17.
