Legal Secretary Placed on Administrative Leave In Stutsman County

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Stutsman County State’s Attorney legal secretary is on administrative leave.

32-year-old Jessica Dishong was placed on leave last Friday after being accused of providing confidential information to a child sexual misconduct suspect.

Dishong is charged with accessing and providing sealed documents to 28-year-old MaGregr Obregon of Cooperstown before law enforcement was able to serve a search warrant.

Obregon is charged with repeatedly sexually abusing and threatening a teen girl, and with sexually assaulting another girl at work.

He faces charges of sexual assault, luring using a computer, corruption of a minor and terrorizing.
