2 crashes out near Downer

DOWNER, Minn. (KVRR) – Early Monday morning, the Minnesota State Patrol responded to an overturn semi on I-94 at around one mile East of Downer. Hours later while crews were still out there two cars crashed alongside the original scene.

The semi crash was called in around 3:30 a.m. and the driver was taken to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The second crash happened around 8:40 a.m. and no injuries were reported.
