Fargo Brewing Company declares bankruptcy

FARGO (KVRR) – Fargo Brewing Company has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in order to re-organize its debts.

The company made the announcement Tuesday on social media.

“Since FBC began in 2010, the beer industry has experienced many challenges, including a pandemic, supply chain issues and differences in consumer drinking habits,” co-founder and president Jared Hardy said.

“From a customer standpoint, nothing should change. FBC will continue to produce and distribute its flagship beers, the taproom will remain open during normal business hours and all upcoming events in the taproom and The Hall will continue as planned.”

Hardy says the company is thankful for its customers, investors and partners.

“Please spread the word that Fargo Brewing is open. We want to serve you.”
