Court documents reveal more details about sex abuse charges against former West Fargo school principal

FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – Federal court records are providing more information about the case against a former West Fargo school principal charged with taking an underage boy across state lines to have sex.
The U.S. The Attorney’s Office says David George is accused of taking a 10-year-old boy to South Dakota where he molested the child.
Prosecutors say they plan to call a woman who is expected to testify that George sexually abused her beginning when she was about 8-years-old. The boy also plans to testify.
George was arrested in August and is being held at the Cass County Jail. He is also facing federal child pornography charges. He was initially charged in state court, but they were dropped when the federal charges were filed.
George was the principal at Independence Elementary and was with the school district for nearly 10 years. He resigned the day he was arrested.
