Man Faces DUI of Drugs Charge After Crashing And Ending Up In A Slough Near Jamestown

STUTSMAN CO., N.D. (KVRR) — Two people are helped get out of a slough after a crash Thursday afternoon near Jamestown.
North Dakota Highway Patrol says the driver, 60-year-old Dwayne Cason of Dickinson, lost control on I-94 and went into the ditch and then across open water.
The vehicle came to rest in cattails.
Cason and his passenger, 60-year-old Linda Rocha of Dickinson, were treated by EMS and taken to Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Cason has minor injuries and remains at the hospital.
Rocha was uninjured.
Cason was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of drugs.
The crash remains under investigation.
