Fargo Man Returning To Prison After Having Sex With 14-Year-Old Co-Worker

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempted murder in 2013 is headed back to prison.
A judge sentenced 33-year-old Damon White Bird to twenty years for having sex with a 14-year-old girl in a Fargo park nearly two years ago.
White Bird worked with the girl at a Fargo restaurant.
He entered an Alford plea to gross sexual imposition acknowledging that there was sufficient evidence to convict him.
In 2013, White Bird was found guilty of locking two men in his apartment and attacking them with a table leg and a sword.
He was released from prison in March of 2022.
