UPDATE: Police Respond To Threat at Northern Plains Steel in North Fargo, Make Arrest

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR 6:15 PM UPDATE) — Fargo Police arrest 38-year-old Nosakhere Holmes of Fargo for terrorizing after being called to Northern Plains Steel in north Fargo.

The department received a report of a threat around 3:45 this afternoon.

Lt. Junell Krabbenhoft says out of abundance of caution due to the information the caller provided, several officers responded.

Our reporter on scene counted at least eight police units.

Police do not have reason to believe there is a threat to the public.

The incident remains under investigation.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Police are on scene of an unknown incident at Northern Plains Steel at 3801 15th Avenue North in Fargo.

As of 4:30 this afternoon, a reporter on scene says there are about 8 units at the company and officers appear to be dealing with a person sitting on the ground.
