Driver arrested after fleeing and crashing in South Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – One person is arrested on multiple charges after fleeing from a Cass County deputy.

Jens Tinjum, 40, of Fargo, was driving around 8:00 p.m. when a deputy tried pulling the vehicle over for reckless driving.

The sheriff’s office says Tinjum fled and crashed into an unoccupied vehicle in the 3600 block of 18th Street South.

Tinjum was arrested for multiple charges including DUI, Reckless Endangerment and Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle.

He was taken to an area hospital before being taken to the Cass County Jail.
