Fargo Police respond to death of 3-month-old, no foul play suspected

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Fargo Police Department responded to a medical emergency in the 3300 block of 17th Avenue South around 5 a.m. Tuesday.

When officers arrived, a three-month-old infant was found not breathing and not responsive.

Life-saving efforts were performed but were unsuccessful. The child was pronounced dead.

Initial investigations have found no immediate signs of suspicious activity or foul play.

The FPD is working with medical authorities  to determine the cause of death. This is an ongoing investigation.
