WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A West Fargo road was closed so crews could clean up a fuel spill.
Just after midnight, West Fargo Fire Department responded to the intersection of 13th Street and 7th Avenue Northeast.
They discovered that a fuel truck sprung a leak while driving down 7th Avenue.
Crews secured the road and blocked nearby water drainage systems.
They have not found any fuel in nearby water or drainage systems.
They found the leaking fuel truck and say the fuel has been transferred to a different truck.
Traffic was detoured until this afternoon.

7th Avenue NE will be closed from 10th Street to 13th Street NE on Thursday for cleanup.
