Police investigating murder in south Fargo; man in custody

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) – A Fargo man has been arrested after what police are calling a domestic dispute-related murder in south Fargo Saturday.

Officers were called to the 3100 block of 33rd Street S. shortly before noon on a report of a domestic dispute and found a woman dead inside the residence.

According to Fargo Police, Randall Duffy, 61, was arrested on suspicion of murder. He was booked into the Cass County jail.

Police have identified the victim as 59-year-old Jody Campbell, of Fargo.

Police say Duffy and Campbell knew each other and there is no threat to the public.

The investigation is ongoing.
