FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A man suspected of breaking into a north Fargo home early this morning is tracked down by a K-9, south of NDSU.

Police say 49-year-old Jason Giemza of Fargo broke a window and attempted to steal property from a home in the 900 block of College Street North around 2 a.m.

Officers attempted a brief foot chase but they were unable to catch him.

They set up a perimeter and launched a K-9 track that led officers to Giemza in Johnson Park.
