FARGO (KVRR-KFGO) – One of six people charged in a brutal beating in downtown Fargo has pleaded guilty to being an accomplice to aggravated assault.

Angelica Hernandez was part of a group that assaulted three men after a fight broke out on NP Avenue west of Broadway.

Sam Pikula was one of the men assaulted after he tried to break up the initial fight. He suffered a broken nose, broken orbital bones, and forehead injuries so severe doctors needed to insert a titanium plate to repair it.

Court records say Hernandez stomped on one victim’s face twice.

Hernandez is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 14.
