Update: One person arrested after police respond to Fargo hotel

FARGO (KVRR) – Fargo police say a report of a sexual assault led them to the Rodeway Inn on University Drive south Friday morning.
Sgt. Michael Anderson says officers responded to the 4100 block of 4th Avenue S at about 7:30 a.m. The victim said she had been sexually assaulted at the hotel and that another person was possibly being held against their will in the room where the assault took place.
Anderson says officers tried to make contact by phone. When that was not successful, police got a search warrant and two people were detained.
Several officers and squad cars were at the hotel, south of I-94, along with a K-9.
After serving the search warrant, police arrested Allison Marie Ledoux, 42, no permanent address, for felonious restraint and terrorizing. Ledoux was booked into the Cass County Jail. Additional charges may be filed.
No arrests were made in the sexual assault case. That investigation is continuing and charges may be possible.
