Second person arrested in Cass County shooting

CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) — A second person is arrested in connection to a shooting in rural Cass County.

Authorities arrested 26-year-old Kyle McLeod, of Moorhead, at a home in West Fargo.

On July 31st, a man called 911 saying he had been shot.

Law enforcement was able to locate the man on County Road 81 at the KFGO property where three radio towers and several company buildings are located.

He was flown to a Fargo hospital with critical injuries.

McLeod is being held on multiple charges including Robbery, Terrorizing and Conspiracy.
