29-year-old Gavin Gladue is charged with theft and fleeing.

41-year-old Tricia Potratz is charged with theft and drug possession after police found meth in their car.

On Sunday, police were called to a store where employees said a man and woman stole two crossbows and left in a vehicle with no license plates the day before.

The pair had returned to the store and left before police arrived.

Officers found their vehicle and had to use a stop stick and PIT maneuver before it stopped and Gladue and Potratz were arrested.
