Boat Picture Leads To Burglary Arrest of Fargo Man

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A picture of a man in a fishing boat on West Lost Lake north of Underwood, Minnesota leads to burglary charges against a Fargo man.

40-year-old Ryan Bohn is accused of breaking into a cabin in May and stealing a pizza oven, toolset, and mechanical decoys.

He has been charged with burglary in Otter Tail County.

The sheriff’s office posted the picture and a neighbor saw the image and reported that he had sold the boat to Bohn, his nephew.

Fargo Police went to Bohn’s apartment and spotted what was believed to be some of the stolen property in his car.

A warrant was issued in July, but he was already in jail in Fargo on unrelated charges.

He made his initial appearance in Otter Tail County District Court on Monday.
