Bison Fans Pregame at Twin Peaks in Colorado Before Football Season Opener
BROOMFIELD, CO (KVRR) — Bison fans are streaming into Folsom Field now but earlier in the day they were meeting for some pregaming at Twin Peaks just south of Boulder, Colorado.
The restaurant was filled with green and gold and the parking lot filled with North Dakota license plates.
The fans weren’t all travelling from North Dakota.
We did happen to run into the family of Bison cornerback at Twin Peaks who are travelling from California.
“Man words can’t describe how excited we are. The family is out here supporting him. The love is real. All the way from pee-wee football to being right here is just like, you couldn’t have put this together, and we’re just super excited to be a part of this. Go herd! Let’s go Bison!” said Anthony Alfaro of Sacramento, California.
Anthony Chideme-Alfaro is a new Bison this year after playing for Cornell.
He is number 24 and will be the starting cornerback.
