WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — West Fargo is responding after the owner of a garden center says she plans to close after years of disputes with the city.

We spoke with SheyWest owner Jodi Kallias yesterday when she told us she feels the city let her down.

The city says the commission voted to table her item Tuesday night to be discussed at a future meeting.

Kallias says she was not given the chance to speak at the meeting.

The city says the business is in violation of a number of ordinances, including prohibited land use, gravel driving surfaces and illegal signs.

One of them includes the use of a vehicle for a sign.

Kallias has been trying to get a turn lane built to help with traffic flow into her lot.
