Red River Range hosts gun show; promotes safety courses

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Firearm enthusiasts got a chance to go out and check out some new tech and antique guns at the Red River Range on Saturday.

The “Best Little Gun Show in the F/M area” featured vendors selling guns, accessories, ammunition and memorabilia around the new training facilities at the range.

Terri Suchy with the Red River Range says it’s a great way to get people to check out the range, and learn about how they prioritize safety and experience.

“Whether it’s relatives or friend’s children that come in the home, we want everyone to be safe. We hate to hear about the accidents that happen. That’s part of our training program here. The safety of firearms in the home, not just when you’re shooting them, but when you’re storing them too.”

The range offers a variety of classes for various firearm types, including a class on firearm safety in the home.
