Shots fired investigation on Broadway North in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Police responded to a shots fired incident around 2:00 am in the 200 block of Broadway North.

One adult was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, David Clem and Jody Englehardt were arrested for obstruction and resisting a police officer and were transported to the Cass County Jail.

Officers do not believe Clem and Englehardt were involved in the shots fired incident.
