Fargo Teen Accused Of Having Sex With A Second Underage Teen
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo teen already in jail on multiple felonies is accused of having sex with a girl before and after her 15th birthday.
19-year-old Carter Hammer is charged with felony gross sexual imposition.
According to court records, Hammer had sex with the girl multiple times between late May and his August 13 arrest, but the girl claimed she was sexually assaulted.
During an interview, Hammer admitted to being in a “situationship” with the girl and says the sex was consensual.
He also admitted to knowing she was 15.
Earlier charges accuse Hammer of having sex with a different 14-year-old girl and showing a gun during an argument among a group of car enthusiasts.
