UND volleyball swept by Omaha to start conference play

OMAHA, NE (KVRR) – University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks volleyball were swept by the Omaha Mavericks Thursday night. UND could not overcome a hot night for the Mavs, as they had a hitting percentage of .368.

Elizabeth Norris led the Fighting Hawks with 15 assists, seven kills and eight digs. Omaha on the other hand had three players with over 10 kills.

UND (0-1) will look to pick up their first win in the Summit League this season when they take on the Kansas City Roos (0-0) in Missouri on Saturday at 1 p.m.
