Fargo Force pick up 3-2 win over Waterloo

FARGO (KVRR) – The Fargo Force (5-4-0-1) grabbed a 3-2 win over the Waterloo Black Hawks (5-2-2-0) and picking up a 2-0 series sweep Friday night. The Force held a two goal lead but the Black Hawks scored twice in the second to tie it up. That’s when Peter Cisar scored the game-winning goal early in the third frame.

Ty Mason and Reid Daavettila both scored for the Force and Damian Slavik got 19 saves on the night.

Fargo hits the road next weekend to take on the Omaha Lancers (2-4-0-0) for a two-game series. Game 1 is set for October 25 at 7:05 p.m. in Omaha, NE.
