Fargo homicide suspect Leo Dartoe arrested in Atlanta

ATLANTA (KVRR) — Fargo homicide suspect Leo Dartoe has been arrested.

Dartoe was taken into custody in Atlanta Friday by the U.S. Marshals task force and the Atlanta Police Department. He remains in custody in Atlanta, awaiting extradition to North Dakota.

Dartoe was wanted in the killing of Sampson Bleh in Fargo on August 23rd.

Dartoe fled the scene in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue South after shooting Bleh who was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Court documents show that Dartoe’s alleged accomplice Geettoe Kamara took around 350 M30 fentanyl pills from the pockets of murder victim Sampson Bleh while he was still alive.
