Fargo Sanford Medical Center in talks to open possible Starbucks Coffee

FARGO (KVRR) – Sanford Health is exploring the possibility of opening a Starbucks Coffee inside Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.

A Sanford spokesman confirms discussions are under way, but they are still in the early stages.

“This is still very early in the process and we are in exploratory discussion,” according to a Sanford Senior Media Relations Specialist. “It’s still up in the air if this will happen or not.”

In June, a Starbucks Coffee opened in the lobby of Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

The Sioux Falls location is licensed by a local development company that leases the space from Sanford.
