For the first time since 2013, a Bismarck Century girls cross country runner takes 1st at state

JAMESTOWN (KVRR) – For the first time since 2013, a Bismarck Century girls cross country runner has taken first at the state 5K. Ruby Ihmels, much like her brother in the boys race, took home the gold. Ihmels finished with a time of 17 minutes and 28.1 seconds.
